Myanmar Fashion USA – Return & Refund Policy 

By completing a purchase with Myanmar Fashion USA, you acknowledge and agree to the following return and refund terms without exception.

1. Return Authorization Period

All return requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will be automatically denied, and no return, refund, or exchange will be permitted.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned merchandise must strictly meet all conditions below:

• Item must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags, labels, and/or security stickers must be fully intact and unaltered

• Item must be returned in original packaging and condition

Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage, odor, alteration, or missing/modified tags or stickers will be rejected without refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. Mandatory Fees & Deductions

All approved returns are subject to non-refundable deductions, including but not limited to:

• $12.95 return shipping label fee

• $12.95 original outbound shipping fee

These fees apply regardless of reason for return, including dissatisfaction, sizing issues, or ordering errors.

4. Refund Calculation

Refunds, if approved, will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Item Purchase Price – $12.95 Return Label Fee – $12.95 Original Shipping Fee

Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

• Processing may take 5–7 business days after inspection approval

• Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds

6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Items with removed, damaged, or altered tags/stickers

• Worn, washed, used, or altered merchandise

• Clearance, final sale, promotional, or discounted items

• Items returned without authorization

7. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior written authorization from Myanmar Fashion USA.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Myanmar Fashion USA, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for returns that comply with this policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and permanent purchase restrictions.

9. Policy Enforcement

Myanmar Fashion USA reserves the sole and final discretion to:

• Approve or deny any return

• Determine item condition eligibility

• Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
